The JL21 series open type air conditioner fin high-speed production line is a specialized production line for the production of fins in the refrigeration industry, consisting of uncoiler, oil tank, open high-speed precision press, vacuum suction disc, and collecting device;
PLC electrical centralized control system, encoder, meeting the requirements of high-speed production lines for preset slice counting, piece counting, and material counting, as well as single and double jump functions;
The main machine is equipped with hydraulic overload protection and mold height electric adjustment device;
Thin oil automatic circulating lubrication system, with oil circuit alarm function.
